On the ground floor is a bright and spacious living room with windows overlooking the hills and a further open plan space with two comfortable armchairs and a wood burning stove. There is a modern and well equipped L-shaped kitchen with double oven and induction hob breakfast bar with stools, and just off the kitchen a separate dining area. There is also a separate utility room to the kitchen. On the ground floor there is a double bedroom and a shower room.

Upstairs is the family bathroom and the remaining bedrooms - twin room, double and master as well as a great ensuite and separate dressing area. There is underfloor heating throughout downstairs as well as radiators upstairs in the bedrooms.

There is an impressive treehouse in the garden with a large sandpit, ideal for children and grown ups alike! The garden also features a large 6 ring gas BBQ, ideal for al fresco dining.
