Property for exclusive use
"Ceccatelli" is a stone-built farmhouse of 150 sq mt that hosts 7 people in its 3 double bedrooms, 1 single bedroom and 3 bathrooms.
Outside guests have at their disposal a private garden equipped for al fresco dinings and barbecues and a private fenced-in swimming pool.
The furniture is simple but complete with some period pieces. A free internet connection, fireplace and parking are also available.

The space
The accommodation belongs to a characteristic and small group of farmhouses set inside a large property which covers an area of about 460 hectares near Castellina in Chianti. The 3 structures have been restored and furnished in accordance with their typical Tuscan features.

The outdoor equipped area, where guests can enjoy an "al fresco dining" under the Tuscan sky, includes a private fenced-in swimming pool which measures 6 x 16 mt. The clients can make use of a laundry room equipped with washing machine and dryer which is situated near to another property and shared with the guests of the other units in the property. Access along 300 mt of dirt track road. Baby bed available to be requested when booking. Possibility to rent pool towels upon payment (3 euros/towel).

PLEASE NOTE: Pets admitted on payment (Euro 35/animal/per week).
Arrivals must be between 3.00pm and 7.00pm.
1 baby bed included in the rates. For the second baby bed, a supplement of 35 Euro/week is requested.

On the first floor (access from external staircase with small covered terrace):
- living room with fireplace and satellite TV
- kitchen/dining room with dishwasher and small electric oven
- 2 double bedrooms one of which has a bathroom with shower
- 1 twin bedded room
- 1 single bedroom
- 2 bathrooms with shower.

On the ground floor there are some rooms which currently cannot be used.

The guests have access to the house, the external area with the annexes, the swimming pool, which is open from April the 1st to October the 13th, and the car park.
