Experience elevated mountain luxury in this new modern contemporary 6-bedroom, 5-bath SkyRidge estate overlooking the stunning Jordanelle Reservoir and Deer Valley Ski Area. Just five minutes from Deer Valley's new East Village, this spacious home sleeps up to 16 guests and features sleek design, panoramic glass walls, and five expansive decks for outdoor living.
The space
Unwind in the private hot tub or sauna, grill on the BBQ, and enjoy the convenience of a heated driveway—your perfect year-round getaway in Utah's newest luxury community. Beginning Summer 2026, SkyRidge will feature a three-hole mountain course with a par-5, par-4, and par-3, which can be reconfigured into a nine-hole short course. The 310-yard driving range includes 15 hitting bays equipped with Toptracer shot-tracking technology. The facility, built adjacent to Deer Valley Resort, marks one of the first dark-sky compliant golf developments in the area, operating without traditional stadium lighting or netting systems. Public amenities will include a golf clubhouse with a bar and restaurant, Topgolf Swing Suites (simulator lounges), and a grocer cafe. The property will also house an equestrian center open to the public. Practice areas will include putting greens, chipping zones, and a teaching facility staffed by PGA professionals. The home is stocked with 2 Pack-N-Play cribs, a High Chair, kid appropriate dishware, and 2 baby gates. The hot tub is also protected by a cover that is too heavy for a child to operate. The home is cleaned with all natural cleaning products, all shampoos soaps and sundry cleaning items left for our guests are also natural products. There are several paved and unpaved Trails close by for long walks and bicycle rides into Park City, Deer Valley or down to Echo Reservoir
DEDICATED WORK SPACE:
There are two dedicated workspaces, each with a desk. One in the primary suite and one in the office bedroom. WiFi service is provided by Xfiniti at 250mbps Download speed.
MODERN CONVENIENCES:
A full size washer and dryer are conveniently located on the main floor near the guest rooms. A massive fully equipped chefs kitchen with large Island features a subzero fridge, Professional Gas oven/range, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, Coffee Service and many other amenities. If you are looking for something specific, please do not hesitate to ask as we likely have it in stock in the kitchen. The cabinets, pantry, and butlers pantry are stocked with cooking essentials and service for up to 16+ guests. The large dining room table seats 10 or up to 14 with the additional leafs. The large kitchen island has additional seating for another 6. Coffee service includes a traditional drip as well as a teapot, and a pour-over coffee maker. We provide ground coffee and various supplies, sweetener and creamer packets. You’ll also find a blender and crock pot tucked away.

Whether you’re sipping your morning coffee and enjoying the views in the living room, preparing a meal in the Chef's Kitchen, working remotely in a serene setting, or gearing up for a day on the slopes or in the backcountry, this home offers everything you need for a memorable stay.
WIFI & CELL SERVICE: Cell service is great at the home for most providers. Our internet service is very fast and very reliable but is not under our control. If we get wind of a cell or Wi-Fi outage, we will communicate that to you immediately.
LOCATION: We are located in the SkyRidge neighborhood just East of highway 40 off the Mayflower exit. The Skyridge neighborhood a short 5 min drive to the new Deer Valley's new East Village. Park City proper is 15 minutes away. Sundance is 40 minutes away. Deer Valley is a world renown ski resort that is one of the largest in North America. Deer Valley does not allow Snowboarding. Park City is also a world renown ski resort with two two sections with skiing and snowboarding for all ability levels. As amazing as the winters are, the summers are even better and this home is the perfect hub for all things outdoors. Within minutes you will find blue ribbon fly fishing, multiple lakes, waterfalls, hiking, world class snowmobiling, mountain biking but you may not decide to leave the home as the views are just incredible.
INSECTS/ETC: Deer Valley is a semi rural / country setting and the home is brand new. However, a country setting does mean we have regularly scheduled pest control services to keep critters at bay but you may spot the occasional insect or critter. Please be aware that this does not reflect upon the cleanliness of this home. We take cleanliness very seriously and ask that you notify us immediately should you find anything not to your liking.
Guest access
You will have access to the entire home with the exception of several locked off storage closets. The property has a reasonable amount of space between its neighbors but we ask that you show the permanent residents nearby respect by keeping any outdoor activities and noise to a minimum outside the home during quite hours of 10pm to 7am daily.
Other things to note
The Deer Valley resort is currently going through the largest ski area expansion in North America as well as improvements related to the upcoming 2034 Olympic Winter Games. As such construction is everywhere and SkyRidge is no exception. You will see construction cranes, work trucks and may have to deal with detours and delays all throughout the Deer Valley and Park City area. Please consider this when booking any property in Deer Valley or Park City through 2026.
Included in your cleaning fee is a damage insurance policy by Nationwide Insurance. This policy covers incidental and non-intentional damage to the home during your stay. We understand that accidents happen and we do not want you to stress if something breaks or gets damaged in the course of your stay. All we ask is that you notify us of any issues as soon as possible so we can get them handled quickly and safely.
The home is cleaned with all natural cleaning products, all shampoos soaps and sundry cleaning items left for our guests are also natural products.
