This is a special apartment with unique furnishings (original frescos from the 1700s) in the heart of Florence, just 5 minutes' walking distance to the most important attractions in Florence, with air conditioning, Wi-Fi and laundry.

The space
A silent and elegant apartment, with some mid-1700s paintings on the wall. It is located on the first floor (elevator unavailable, about 22 steps to be climbed). It is a beautiful home with spacious rooms and unique features. It has a special location in the true heart of Florence, between Piazza Santo Spirito e Piazza Pitti, close to Ponte Vecchio e Uffizi. You can enjoy the quiet, comfort and privacy that the apartment offer, but at the same time to be close to the most important attractions. It has also a terrace where you can eat and relax.
It is close to many: restaurants, food shops, banks, wine bars, bus stops and cafés.
The apartment is made up of: a full equipped kitchen, with kitchener, fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, laundry, toaster and kettle. 4 double bedrooms, 2 of them with a single bed each, 1 little single bedroom in a mezzanine for 1 single bed, two living rooms with paintings on the wall. In one of these there is one double sofa bed and one single bed. 3 bathrooms with shower . Air conditioning, TV, free Wi-Fi. About 280 sqm. A nice terrace with some tables and chairs connect to the kitchen where you can eat and relax.
The road owes its name to the boilers of the Wool Guild, many of whom lived in Oltrarno area and served to heat pools for dying cloths.
The "Bucciolini Palace", which takes its name from the family, already owns of the "Palazzo Buciolini già Pitti" bought the Palace in the mid 19th century, the period when Florence was capital of Italy. The family coat of arms can be seen in the entrance hall, in the center of the vault and on the gate.
The frescoes date from the mid 1700s. As in many historic buildings there is no elevator, but there are 22 steps to get to the apartment.

The area is really nice, in fact you are in the hear of the nightlife, with many good restaurants, pubs and cafés, but at the same time you are in a quiet street in front of Gucci Palace.. You are also close to many food shops and wineries as well as and also close to the most important attractions in Florence, like: Pitti Palace (just 5 min on foot), Boboli garden (just 5 min by walk), Ponte Vecchio, (just 7/8 min on foot), Uffizi museum (about 10-15 min on foot). There is also a bus stop really close (about 3 min on foot).
ABOUT TUSCANY
When you come to Tuscany you can visit Florence, of course, and even some other important city like Siena, Arezzo, Lucca, Pisa, San Gimignano, Volterra and so on. They are all really close (about 1 hour to 1 hour and half).
You are also close to the ocean (also about 1 hour) and also close to the mountains (about 1 hour far away as well)

I am Federico, the owner of "Fattoria Agriturismo La Presura", Situated at a height of about 300 mt "La Presura" extends for 35 hectares between Florence and Greve in Chianti. I manage the farm and I produce red wine Chianti Classico and Olive oil. At the same time I offer in addition hospitality inside his farmhouse composed single apartments (smaller and bigger) delicately restored respecting the standards of the original Chiantigiana farmhouse: terracotta, wood and stone. It also has a swimming pool. I love the countryside and I get passion in my job.
