Spanning 3 levels, this stunning house features 5 beautifully appointed bedrooms, including 3 King Suites with ensuites—perfect for a friends getaway, family retreat, or special weekend by the sea.
Professionally managed for an effortless stay, 88 SUD is designed for seamless indoor–outdoor living, complete with outdoor entertaining and a 13m lap pool.
The space
SUD, Italian for South is the Southern property at 88 Boomerang Drive Boomerang Beach. The house has been enjoyed and loved dearly over the years and we hope to make your stay an unforgettable experience.
Set discreetly off the street, 88 SUD sits directly behind Boomerang Beach with private garden path access - just footsteps from sand and sea. Highlights include:
+ 5 Bedrooms - three king suites, one queen, and one double with two singles.
+ 4 Bathrooms - including three ensuites, a powder room, a Carrara marble feature bath, double laundry, and premium Salus Body botanical spa products throughout.
+ 2 elegant living areas with a 10-seat dining table, polished concrete floors with heating, and a Jetmaster fireplace.

We can assist with catering, restaurant bookings, baby sitters, pet sitters, boat tours, massage in house or pamper services. Just ask!
We encourage families of all ages but please note for young toddlers or anyone with mobility issues there are stairs into the house and also internally.
We are pet lovers and well behaved, small to medium sized dogs are welcome at SUD (maximum of 2). Please message us before you book and let us know about the most important member of your family. All pets must be paid for and included in your booking. We ask that you keep your pets out of bedrooms and off the furniture and clean up after them. Please also note that the yard is not fully fenced, due to the nature reserve on our doorstep. If you have an escape artist, we have long ties which you are able to utilise.
