Bos Bugh is a self contained wing of the Owner#39;s house, located just a few minutes outside the picturesque village of Marazion. This ideal property for a couple is a single storey barn conversion with a spacious living room with exposed beams. Whilst there is no garden at Bos Bugh, there are some delightful walks to to be enjoyed nearby. Marazion in Cornwall is a great place to visit, any time of the year! The home of the iconic St Michaelrsquo;s Mount. Two fabulous beaches. Magical sea views. Friendly smiles and welcomes. Great Cornish pubs. Great places to stay. And great fun for the kids. All available right here in the far west of Cornwall.
Ground Floor Only: Open plan sitting / dining area with a separate kitchen followed by a double bedroom (with 4#39;6quot; bed) with en-suite bathroom and over bath shower.
Exterior: No outside space.
Facilities amp; Services
Heating is via underfloor central heating. The kitchen has a range of equipment. There is an electric oven and hob, a microwave, toaster, kettle,fridge / freezer and washer / dryer. The sitting room area has a flatscreen digital Freeview TV amp; DVD player. There is intermittent WiFi available at the property. There is an iron amp; ironing board.
Electricity, heating, bed linen amp; towels are all included but you will need to provide your own beach towels. Regrettably no smoking is allowed. Regrettably no children or babies under 16. Regrettably no dogs. There is parking available for up to one vehicle on the shared drive.

Shortbreaks are available during quieter periods.

You must pay particular attention to details on how to leave your accommodation upon departure. Please note that in accordance with our booking conditions, it is your responsibility to:
1. Report and pay for any damages immediately to the Owner or housekeeper.
2. All personal waste must be removed from inside the property at the end of your stay and placed in the dustbins provided. Please note and adhere to any additional instructions in the property regarding waste disposal.
3. Ensure all washing up is done and excess food is removed from the property at the end of your stay.
4. Leave the property in a clean and respectable condition upon departure.
5. Pet owners are reminded about the specific conditions regarding pets at properties.
Please be reminded that in accordance with our terms & conditions, part or all of your pre-authorised security deposit (should it apply to your booking) is at risk if any of these conditions are not met.
