The Sands is located in the heart of Sheringham. Augusta Street is just moments from both the beautiful Sheringham beach and High Street. The property enjoys plenty of character along with spacious living accommodation, private car park, and rear court yard. The Sands is Ideal for couples, sharing couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and families (with kids), who are looking to explore the beautiful North Norfolk Coast. You will have sole use of the whole property during your stay.

The space

A relaxing, spacious property, with rear courtyard area and private parking ideally situated for holiday guests who will enjoy being just a stones throw from the blue flag Sheringham beach and main High Street.

Guest access

Parking and main access for guests is from the rear of the property, and can be accessed from Morris Street.

Guest arriving from town via Augusta Street will turn left onto Morris Street, and then right onto a small access road approximately 50m on the right, which runs alongside the Sun Court residential home.

Guest arriving from town via the Boulevard will take a right onto Morris Street, and then a small access road is just 50m on the left and runs alongside the Sun Court residential home.

Once you have turned into the small access road, private parking is situated on your first right, directly after Sun Court, and is in front of no.7 garage.

Access to the property is through the small wooden gate to the right of the garage.

The key lockbox can be found on the wall near the outhouse. Use the large key to access the back door.

This is a spacious comfortable apartment in a great location. Convenient parking and close to all public transport links makes this a great Base. Friendly and helpful host, a few basic groceries provided for our arrival were much appreciated, this apartment is just a couple of minutes walk from the shops and beach, will visit again.

Fantastic location, you can park your car up and not move agin until you go home. Lovely flat with a large lounge and a large bedroom. Second bedroom nicely laid out but a little in the small side. Good kitchen with everything you need for a short stay. Hot water was fantastic. Downsides: need better pillows and a larger t.v. Will definitely stay here again Great value for money.
