With its private ground-floor entrance, this modern apartment ensures both privacy and ease of access. The apartment's excellent location makes it the perfect base for exploring all that the Peak District and beyond have to offer.

All on the First Floor:

Living room: Freeview Smart TV, 2 large sofas.

Kitchen: Breakfast Bar/ Dining Table, Dishwasher, Electric Oven, Electric Hob, Microwave, Fridge/Freezer.

Bedroom: Zip And Link Kingsize (5ft) Bed- can be seperated into 2x singles upon request, Smart TV.

Bathroom: Bath With Shower Over, Toilet, sink.

Electric central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included.

2 electric vehicle charging points (close to property). Public car park, £3 per day, 300 yards. No smoking.

Other things to note
As the gateway to the beautiful Peak District National Park, an abundance of Peak District towns and villages such as Edale, Castleton, and the famous spa town of Buxton are all within a 30-minute drive, together with the ever-popular market town of Bakewell and magnificent Chatsworth House, 45 minutes away. Slightly closer to home you’ll find the award-winning Millennium Walkway, and superb Torr’s sandstone gorge at New Mills, 15 minutes away. The wonderful village of Hayfield neighbours Glossop and is popular with walkers due its close proximity to Kinder Scout. Hayfield caters well for tourists with its own collection of pubs, cafés and restaurants. If you’re looking for city life, the bright lights of Manchester are just a half hour’s drive away, or 30 minutes on a direct train from Glossop. Shop 170 yards, pub and restaurant 20 yards.
