It is a nice self contained unit with off street parking. It is clean and modern with air conditioning and wi-fi and a reasonably well equipped kitchen. The bedroom has a very comfortable bed and expansive built in wardrobe with a very great number of clothes hangers. The bathroom has one wall as a mirror and a walk in shower. An attractive enclosed courtyard outside has a good looking BBQ and an excellent table and shade umbrella and half a dozen outdoor chairs. We did not meet our host but communications via text was good and she left a bottle of wine to welcome us on arrival which was a nice touch. One thing to note is that there are no chairs in the unit and no table for two people to sit at to dine, chat, read papers, or comfortably attend to computing. There is a lounge and a coffee table. There is also a small recessed counter in a corner of the kitchen with two high stools but only space enough for one person to eat.

We enjoyed our 9-day stay at Beck's place because of it's great location, close to the city & to the people we were visiting. Public transport was easily accessible, & walks along the river bank were delightful. We liked how light, airy & quiet the place was. It was well-furnished with modern appliances, a very comfortable firm bed, a sizeable outdoor setting & a useful clothes-drying rack. Arrival was a pleasure because the keypad access meant that we could arrive at any time. Once inside, we were pleasantly surprised by the starter pack of goodies. While cleanliness left something to be desired, we really appreciated Beck's rapid response in addressing our concerns.

Beck's unit is in a great location. It is within easy walking distance of amenities, some good pubs and the parklands. Also very convenient parking compared to other areas of Adelaide. The unit is perfect for a couple or a single traveller with everything in it that you would need.

Beck's place is a great value little place to stay very close to the Adelaide cbd. The main thing that let the place down was the finer touches and accuracy of the photos. The styling in the photos was great but then when we got there, plants and decorative touches were missing which made it feel a little cold. The couch and coffee table were different to the photos, one bedside table was missing, and there was no TV unit. The cleaning could have been a little more thorough as there was a fair bit of dust around and chalky residue on the bathroom fixtures. Wifi was great and we made use of Netflix on the tv. Check-in/out was a breeze with a digital keypad for entry. If it's late when you arrive it could be a little dark making it tricky to see the house number and exactly which gate is yours. Neighbourhood was really quiet, friendly and close to everything you need.

Thank you for the feedback. We are pleased you enjoyed the convenience and value of the property. We have made the following changes to styling with a lot of thought for our guests; - We removed a bedside table to give the additional fold out bed a convenient position (in view) for guests (the second bedside is in the lounge room if required). - Unfotunetely due to the recent heatwave in Adelaide the plant died, this has been replaced. - The TV unit was removed as we had the TV mounted to offer more space in the living area for our guests.
