The apartment is located on the first floor of a historic building from the early '900 and has been renovated a few years ago.
It has all the views in a lovely interior courtyard with a garden (communal), this means that the apartment is quiet and cool in summer.

The apartment is located in one of the best connected area of Rome, Vittorio Emauele II Square between Termini station and Coloseum.

Nearby there are the best tourist sights of the City easily reachable by walking, buses and subways so car is not needed:
• 10 minutes walk to Coloseum, San Giovanni in Laterano Basilica, S.Maria Maggiore
• 20 minutes walk to Fori Imperiali, Piazza Venezia
• 4 subway steps to Piazza di Spagna, via Condotti
