It may not be clear to my special guests that there are two bedrooms available ~ each bedroom has a full size bed. Both bedrooms are located on the second floor with a private bathroom also on the second floor. The guests have their own entry and full access to the living room. My farm is close to restaurants and dining, local wineries and breweries, nightlife, and family-friendly activities. You’ll love my place because of the views, the location, and the silly farm critters.

Mary couldn't be a better host! Her farm animals are as friendly as she is too - got to meet the goats on arrival and played with Bucky, her wonderful yellow lab. The farm overlooks Seneca Lake and the view is really special, especially when the leaves turn. It's super quiet - great for relaxing - and a few minutes from the main streets of Montour Falls and Watkins Glen as well as in the midst of Finger Lake apple orchard, winery and brewery country.

We enjoyed staying with Mary on her wonderful farm in Montour Falls. Whatever we needed, Mary was there ready to help. She even carried in some of our luggage! The rooms were clean and comfortable and towels, toiletries, snacks and breakfast were available. Mary was so kind and so dedicated to ensuring that we enjoyed our stay. I loved the quirkiness of the home, so many interesting details and amidst all of it, every bit of space is completely spotless. I never felt a lack of privacy or a moment where I couldn't make myself feel at home. And those are so important when staying at an Airbnb. I highly recommend this wonderful little farm and sweet host!

Our stay at Wildwood Farm was absolutely fantastic! The cozy home is so charming that you'll never want to leave. Mary Cay is an exceptional host who truly went above and beyond to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. She provides all the amenities you could possibly need while traveling, and even made us a wonderful omelet breakfast with eggs from her chickens, along with butter and cheese made from her own goat's milk. At night she made her living room as cozy as possible with a fire and music. It was great to come back to after a long day of sightseeing and hiking. The rooms are cozy, the beds are comfortable, and the private bathroom is very spacious. On her farm she has chickens, goats, dogs, ducks, and plenty of cats to mingle with, and Mary Cay is happy to let you spend time with her animals. As an added bonus, there are jellies available for purchase made by Mary Cay herself, and she sells her daughter's beautiful handmade jewelry right from the house. We had an absolute blast at Wildwood Farm and we made a great new friend; we will definitely choose to stay with Mary Cay every time we're in town!

Wildwood Farm was absolutely incredible! We booked the day before our arrival, so it was very short notice. Mary had everything in both bedrooms (and the whole house!) prepared beautifully and was so warm and welcoming. She went out of her way to make our stay a once in a lifetime experience. The house and her property is absolutely gorgeous! It is filled with old antiques with such a rich history. Everything was truly amazing. There is so much to look at! One room is filled with beautiful handmade jewelry made from glass found in Seneca Lake (my friend and I both bought necklaces!) and clothing made from up-cycled materials for sale. Outside the bedrooms upstairs there was a mini fridge stocked with cold bottled water, a Keurig with various K-Cups to choose from, tea, really anything you might need. Even the bathroom was stocked with every personal item you could think of that might be necessary. The beds were incredible comfortable. The breakfast she made us was to die for! Goat cheese (and butter!) made from milk from her own goats, eggs fresh from her chickens, homemade sourdough bread, honey from her own bees, berries from her garden, you name it. She even had homemade cookies in the living room for us. We will most definitely be back as much as possible! We were only looking for a place to stay while we visited the local wineries, but we ended up with a lifelong friend, and a home away from home. We can't wait to come back! I can't recommend staying here enough. You will most certainly be left speechless if you do! I know we were!
