The space
Modern first floor, recently renovated with private entrance in the street.

The accommodation has been recently renovated, with heating and air conditioning in each room. There are two double bedrooms and two bathrooms and an induction kitchenette.

In the first gold-themed room, there is a queen-size double bed, smart TV, built-in wardrobe, our welcome kit, extra pillows and a private bathroom with a shower in the room complete with all the bathroom fixtures and accessories.

In the second silver-themed bedroom, there is a king-size double bed, a wall-mounted smart TV, a welcome kit, extra blankets and pillows, and a built-in closet for your clothing.

The second bathroom is complete with sanitary ware, with a shower floor and equipped for the personal care of our guests.

The kitchenette is suitable for 4 people, with a blender, toaster, coffee machine with pods, and everything you need to cook something practical and fast, such as a savory breakfast or pasta.

The perfect accommodation for those who want to live in the center of Venice!

The tourist tax in Venice of €4.00 per person per night in high season (February 1 - December 31) in low season (January 1 - January 31) €3 per person per night, is an extra applied to a maximum of 5 nights, and must be paid in cash at the property.
