We loved our stay in the Cozy Mountain Cabin. The description is spot on and it was a great little vacation that fit our small budget. Since we were on a right budget, we decided to bring a cooler full of food to cook over our stay, I'm glad we did because the grocery store selection is limited. The kitchen was great and met our needs for cooking. In the mornings, we loved sipping on coffee and staring at the beautiful scenery out back. Our pup loved his stay too! If you are looking for a comfortable place to clear your mind & enjoy a beautiful scenery, I recommend booking the Cozy Mountain Cabin now!

Absolutely a fantastic place to kick your feet up, escape from the daily grind, and get refreshed with the clear mountain air. It was great to hike on the AT during the day, then return to the cabin for a restful nights sleep. The place is quiet and private. David and Susan were wonderful host, providing us with insights on local cuisine, yet also respecting our privacy. Dog friendly! There's a fenced park less than a 1/4 mile down the road where we could let our puppy run off leash. We also enjoyed walking around the neighborhood and visiting the park at the Butler Museum. A fantastic experience...a great place to stay.

David and Susan's cozy cabin was wonderful! In the remote setting of the Carolina mountains the cabin had an authentic feel while also very accommodating with TV and Wi-Fi. Tons of local trails for hiking and awesome scenic picnic spots. 12/10 would stay again or recommend!

This is truly a cozy cabin. It's compact but plenty of room for two people and two big dogs. The bathroom is well equipped and the kitchenette has everything you need to cook with so it worked perfectly when we had to stay in on a rainy evening. The lake is just a couple of mins away and there were some lovely national Forest beaches about 15 mins away. We had a great time and David and sue always ensured we had everything we needed.

This is a great little cabin. David and Susan greeted us when we arrived with happy faces. This is an excellent place to stay tucked away in the mountain town of Butler, TN. It is small but all three of us were very comfortable and slept like babies.

David excepted our booking one day before we arrived and everything was just as expected. It was clean and cozy and we loved the area. He was friendly and easy to communicate with. It was our first experience with air bnb and we definitely will do it again.

Great place and great people! The cabin is in a residential neighborhood setting on the same property as David's house, but there was plenty of privacy and David and Susan were great hosts. I was hoping for a quiet stay to recharge, and they were super helpful - they were there when I needed them, but didn't bother me otherwise. Just what the doctor ordered!
