BEACH ACCESS
Two access points, just a short walk from the home:
1. Inlet Beach Public Access. This access has parking, restrooms, and lifeguards during peak season. Located at the end of South Orange Street about 200 yards south of US Hwy 98. Inlet Beach Regional Access is the largest county access and features three dune walkovers and 117 parking spaces.
2. Wall Street Beach Public Access. This access is at the end of South Wall Street. About 200 yards east of the intersection of Scenic 30A and Hwy 98, turn south on to South Wall Street then proceed two blocks to the dead end at the gulf. There is no parking but there is plenty of parking, along with restrooms and outdoor showers about 1/4 mile east at the Inlet Beach Access.

PARKING
Six parking spaces available (6 driveway). No street parking allowed.
Included is a 6 seater golf cart and 10 bicycles (adult) for your convenience. To drive golf cart, you must be: 25 years old, sign a liability waiver, and have valid insurance and drivers license. Golf Cart is included as an amenity, at no additional cost.
Guest access
You will have exclusive access to the entire house, garage, patio, and backyard while staying on-site. There are six driveway parking spaces.
Home is located in Inlet beach.
Other things to note
IMPORTANT PRIOR TO ARRIVAL
All guests will be required to sign a rental agreement, as well as provide a valid ID that matches with the name of the person that made the reservation which includes: 1) a photo of your government issued ID such as a driver’s license and 2) a selfie.
*Must be 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian that is staying on premises.
