This is one of the few places in the area with free parking.
We're in the secluded hamlet of Dennes Point on the northern tip of the unique North Bruny Island. From the house you'll enjoy beautiful views around the D'Entrecasteaux channel and across to the Tasmanian mountains. Our place is a 3 minute walk to the gentle waters of Nebraska beach and you're a 300m stroll to the celebrated Jetty Cafe and Art at the Point Gallery. The house is a comfortable, peaceful retreat, sought after by writers, artists and anyone looking for a relaxing coastal get-away.

The space
This is a compact house, well equipped as you'll see in the photos and set on a large, open block that is frequently visited by birds and echidnas during the day. Each night the grounds are a communal meeting place for bennets wallabies, potaroos, quolls, bettongs, and possums who sit around together grazing on the lawn (and our new tree plantings if they can get to them!). They are fun to watch from the deck with a torch and will hop out of your way in your headlights if you arrive home mid-evening.
