Sella runs an airbnb in a small apartment in a big apartment complex where she lives with her three children. She is very kind, happy to provide you with whatever you need and seems happy to have some (adult) company around to talk to. She also offered me to join the family for breakfast multiple times as well as offered me leftover diners. The airbnb room is actually the kids room (but all three kids sleep with there parents). I felt kinda bad taking the kids room, but I didnt get the sense they would actually sleep there if no guest were around. The room is small but decent, though cluttered with kids toys (even though that makes sense, of course). However, the room is right next to the dining room/kitchen area, so there is a lot of noise (and light) early in the morning (Sella is up around 6u15, kids are up around 7u). As a result, I could not sleep beyond 6u30, which was not ideal and not what I had expected. Sella also tended to (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN) early in the morning with the phone on speaker, so that gets quite noisy on top of everything else. If you don't mind getting up early, this will work, otherwise I recommend looking elsewhere. The common areas and the rest of the apartment are quite cluttered with stuff. You are free to use the toilet (clean) and bathroom (somewhat clean though cluttered), but I am not sure it would work to cook your own meals here, if you would want to.
In sum: Great place if you want a very kind, mothering host, and don't mind kids clutter and (early-in-the-day) noise, look elsewhere if you want privacy or you need a quiet place of your own.
