Construction works is currently in progress on Mansion next door until end of April 2021, so expect some noise during business hours.

- Secure Parking on site available at additional cost. This needs to be requested at booking to determine availability for your dates and prepaid.
- Parking on street is available & council passes need to be purchased daily & also prepaid as street parking is limited with strict terms. This is a highly congested area of Sydney & parking is limited, especially after business hours.
- Walking distance to city attractions of Opera House, Historic Macquarie Street, Elizabeth Bay House, the Galleries and Circular Quay
-New Years Eve celebrations has a maximum of 4 guest per apartment and numbers need to be confirmed. Additional fee is charged to guests after the second person of $150 each for specifically NYE celebration.

This executive and stylish apartment caters for all discerning guests. It is a quiet location, exclusive and very well located to many attractions. The area has an abundance of exploration trips which are a must. There is always something to do in this lively and cosmopolitan area of Sydney.

Historic Elizabeth Bay House is just one of the areas rich gems and a must for all overseas visitors to experience.

The Saturday Markets at Fitzroy Gardens is not to be missed and the organic food has to be the best in Sydney.

Rushcutter's Bay Park is a buzz of activity with an array of facilities for the fitness conscious to enjoy. The added Marina and function / restaurant is also a must to experience on longer stays. This area is very popular for pet lovers to walk.

This apartment is pet friendly, but strict rules need to be adhered to at all times.

Beare Park is directly accessed from this complex with the beautiful Marina and cafe on offer with your morning walk.

Easy 25 minute scenic walk to Botanical Gardens and the Opera House.

The 311 bus across the road takes you directly to the city and runs every 10-15 minutes. Wow, how convenient!
