Stay at the historic Squatters Arms in Bunyan - just 10 minutes from Cooma and at the foothills of the Snowy Mountains.

Originally built in 1841 as a Cobb & Co Coach inn, this site once welcomed travellers and stagecoaches.

Today, you can stay in the inn’s old kitchen, complete with its original flagstone floors. Enjoy a king size bed, kitchenette and your own bathroom. There are no shared spaces between the cottage and the main house.

Check-in is 2-7pm, and check-out is before 10am.

The space
Whilst this is a studio apartment attached to the main house, it is completely private with your own entrance and space.

Feel free to wander around the property, soaking up the historic ruins by day, and the milky way sky by night... or simply relax in peace and privacy.

Guest access
The main house is the host's private residence, but happy for you to explore the site outside.

Access to the grounds is via the white double gates. Feel free to park near the door to the BNB (located at the side of the main house). This is your own private entrance to your accommodation. Check-in is between 2-7pm. Check-out is before 10am. Whilst we do try to be flexible, we may not be able to accommodate times outside of these hours, and a fee may apply.

Leaving the premise for the final time, just go through the gates and pop the keys through the top slot of the letterbox please.

Other things to note
A Type 2 EV car charger is close to the BNB entrance.
