Free WiFi and a TV - for paid TV viewing service we have an Amazon Fire TV Stick which you can access via the input settings on the TV to select your preferred streaming service and use this to just log into your Netflix, Prime, or Kayo accounts etc.

Located just 2 km from Melbourne’s CBD, our studio is close to major sports and entertainment venues.
Getting around is easy with North Richmond Station and tram stops just a short walk away. Plus, during Footy season The All Nations Pub (around the corner) offers a free shuttle to the MCG on Fridays, weekends, and game days!

You’ll have a fully self-contained space with a private off-street entrance—no shared areas, complete independence to come and go as you please.
Other things to note
If you intend to use the sofa bed during your stay, please let me know before arrival. Fresh linen, one pillow and a doona are available for an additional $15 sofa bed linen fee per stay and will be stored inside the sofa bed ready for use.
If you have requested the Visitor Parking Permit it must be returned back to the hook near the front door before you leave.
This is important otherwise you will be charged $300 to replace the permit.
