My place is close to Leighton Buzzard Town Centre, Milton Keynes and Woburn Abbey. You’ll love it because of the neighbourhood, access to lots going on in the area and you will have exclusive access to the whole apartment and everything in it, which means a fully equipped apartment with all the facilities you will need for your short stay. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, families (with kids), and big groups.

The space

The Leighton Buzzard apartment on New Road is a three bedroom, 1st floor, apartment, with it’s own street entrance, close to the Town Centre suitable for holiday makers, contractors and short breaks. It's only a 5 minutes walk into Leighton Buzzard Town Centre and adjacent to a local shopping area with fast food restaurants, convenience store, hairdresser, laundry and pub. There is an Aldi and a Tesco Extra supermarket across the canal just 3 minutes walk, open until midnight (10-4pm Sundays).

Guest access

Guest will have exclusive use of the whole apartment with its three double bedrooms, living room, separate toilet, bathroom and kitchen diner. Plus there is a secure courtyard outside for bicycles etc.

- House Rules: This is a fully serviced holiday apartment with straightforward rules. 1. No partying groups please to respect the apartment and our neighbours. 2. No smoking. 3. We understand that accidents happen. We may not request a damage deposit because we have lovely guests. If something is damaged or missing please let us know immediately through the website so we can fix it for you, and in time for our next guests' arrival. After all, say someone tugged the window blinds a bit too sharply and they broke - you'd want them fixed prior to your arrival wouldn't you? This is more important to us than asking for payment for damages. 4. Check out is 10:15 am. Our cleaners arrive promptly to make up the apartment for our next guests because we like to offer guests the earliest check-in time possible. There are facilities for storing luggage outside and undercover for a short time only by prior arrangement. . If no-one has booked to check-in on the day you leave we may be able to extend your check-out time (£25 charge) on request well before your departure day. 5. Post the keys through the apartment letterbox when you leave - don't leave them in the Lockbox where you collect them.
