This apartment is truly unique, so much so, that it was utilised as the 'Showcase Penthouse' when the apartment building was originally constructed. Upon entering, the light filled 17th floor space is jaw dropping and presents the owner's unique taste with personalised distinctive particular touches. The view draws you out, enticing you to stare, entranced, at the immense vistas of sky and landscape and ocean, disappearing into the distance. (Full height remote controlled blinds shut out the rain and wind on cooler days or nights) The white tiled and hardwood decked garden within a high glass screen, is furnished with ultra modern Jimmy Vac italian moulded chairs, a white leather sofa, leather Art Deco club armchairs and an antique wicker 'Downton Abbey' style conservatory chair ~ v eclectic/'Boho chic' meets 'Bond' filmset! Plenty of places to curl up with a book or sip on a cocktail watching the sun set over the sea.
