Clean room, comfortable bed, good shower and nice swimming pool. It isn't the most beautiful neighborhood but the walk downtown is only 15 minutes or so. Good free parking 100 meters away and a Lidl at the other side of the roundabout was great to get a cheap breakfast on the go…
