An 1870 building with all the modern appointments you can enjoy. Your own private apartment is upstairs with its own entrance and access to the a beautiful back garden.
Start here to enjoy Victoria's South West the wine areas of South Eastern South Australia and the Great Ocean Road.

The space
The apartment is right in the centre of Koroit and in walking distance to all the beauties of the heartland of Irish heritage in Western Victoria. A walk from the house can access Tower hill and even the ride/bike trail to Warrnambool and Port Fairy. We like the hinter lands to the North; the volcanic plains and the Grampians (Gariwerd.) Either way; chill in the garden or do some day trips, the apartment is awesome!

Upstairs, with a private entrance, furnishes you the apartment all to your selves. Down stairs and through the gates, you find a beautiful garden to relax.

Just be aware that there are 23 steps up the beautiful old staircase to get to the rooms upstairs.

Neighbourhood highlights

Koroit is absolutely unique! The main street, where The Bank resides is vibrant. You could have a milk truck, a tractor or a hay bail on New Year's Eve out the front door. But it is Undoubtedly a heritage experience of Western Victoria. Nothing beats a football match at the oval in season. Nothing beats a cricket game in season and the the bowling club is always ablaze. Afterwards, there's always a fun night out at the local pubs.
Australian Music always pops up here; especially at Crossley Hall; just out of town. Local, national and even international artists can show up.
All that aside, there are heaps of cottage business pop ups all over the place to entice the wanderer about the town. Whatever your interests; drive about the area and you'll find history, antiques, op. shops, organic spuds, fresh eggs and all sorts of local produce.
