“Il Rifugioˮ is located 800 m above sea level, above Bellano, in an ancient village from the mid-1700s, surrounded by nature and suspended in time.
From the large terrace, there is an open view of Lake Como, and you can admire the sunset, immersed in a rare peace, among mountains and chestnut woods.
Lake Como is easily accessible: less than 30 minutes by car, or in 15 minutes you can be on the Valsassina cycle path or at the foot of Monte Muggio sitting on the Big Bench enjoying a breathtaking view

Living room: Large entrance with large sofa bed, fireplace and wood-burning oven. There is a smart TV, perfect environment to relax or share convivial moments.
Dining room: Equipped kitchen and dining room with pellet stove. A large table, ideal for companion meals overlooking the lake. Corner equipped to prepare breakfast (kettle, toaster, microwave oven)
Bedrooms: A double room on the first floor, upstairs, in the charming attic, a double bedroom. In the loft there is a third bedroom with two futon beds
Bathrooms: Two modern bathrooms, both with a shower, for comfort and privacy. Washer and dryer are also available
Panoramic terrace: outdoor space, spacious and furnished, to enjoy breakfast, aperitifs and relaxing moments with breathtaking views of the lake and mountains. Sun loungers and umbrellas available. In the evening, lighting the brazier brings joy to social gatherings.

Guests have access to the entire house and the panoramic terrace. The property is ideal for families, groups of friends or those looking for tranquility and authenticity in a historical setting.
The house can be reached in 3 minutes on foot from the large free public parking lot, along the characteristic cobbled streets of the ancient village of Noceno

The house, surrounded by nature, is an ideal starting point for exploring the Lake Como Riviera. Bellano, Varenna and Bellagio are easily accessible and allow you to experience the villages, walk along the lake and enjoy the services offered
Along the road to the village there is a farm, ideal for enjoying dishes prepared with local raw materials or buying typical products directly in the sales space. The agriturismo is reached with a flat walk of about 15 minutes or in a few minutes by car
Those who love to walk can reach the Viandante Path, the Big Bench of Giumello, the summit of Mount Muggio or the Jungle Raider Park at the Pian delle Betulle. Mountain bikers find the Valsassina bike path about 15 minutes away.
Supermarkets, restaurants and amenities are located in Taceno, reachable in 10 minutes, or in Bellano, about 30 minutes by car.
In just over an hour, you can reach interesting cities that are full of charm, history and shopping: Lecco, Como, Milan and Bergamo
