Centrally located between Greenville and Furman/travelers Rest, you’ll find the Cottage. It’s perfect for a one night business trip or a weekend of leisure and excitement. Four doors down you will find Daydrinkers Coffee and the cycling hub Velo Valet. Downtown is a quick seven minute drive, the Swamp Rabbit Trail a five minute ride, and shopping 5 mins away. This duplex is set in the rapidly transitioning San Souci neighborhood.

The space
The Cottage, while quaint, is furnished with a king bed (the mattress has been given rave reviews for its comfort). The kitchen is stocked with a full coffee and tea bar but definitely walk down to Day Drinkers Coffee for an even better cup of joe. Cooking is made easy with the toaster oven and hot plate. Relax in the living room with a book or TV. This unit is part of a duplex with its own parking and entrance.

Guest access
The whole unit is yours but please be respectful of the guest in the unit next door. Your parking is the gravel pad.

Other things to note
If you are bringing a pet, please specify in your booking along with the number of guests (max 2). Pets are to be kept off the furniture, bedding, and towels. If pet hair or dirt is found on the furniture or linens, an extra fee may be charged for cleaning. Pets are to be crated when left alone in the unit.
