Triple room with double bed sofa and a single bed or a bunk bed (if needed) in a shared flat.
The flat is in the most prominent residential area in Dollis Hill, opposite very large public historical park with activities, tennis, running etc. There is a cafe and a duck pond, only a few mins walk from the flat.
The size of the property makes for a very comfortable and unforgettable stay. A spacious room in a modern and cosy flat. Accommodates up to 4 people. The place is bright and clean, with loads of day light . There is a
modern kitchen with all the kitchen utensils needed to prepare your meals, dishwasher and a washing machine .

When staying at this residence, you agree to the following:
You will be sharing the flat either with us (my wife and I) or other guests who book the other room when we are away.
All guests, must be included in guest count.
Cleaning fee (not included in the total price) of £ 35 must be paid through airbnb payment system before check in. You can find the request in your email and accept it before check in.
No food in bedroom
Only guests included in your confirmed reservation are permitted to be in the apartment. Under any condition, the guest is not allowed to let anyone into the house to visit or stay. Otherwise, he/she would lose the whole deposit and the stay would be cancelled.
The guest must bring his/her ID with him/her as we need to check it during check in.
The guest must contact us by 24 hours before check in time to arrange the check in time and let us know the full names of all guests.
No shoes inside our home: To ensure we keep the floorboards squeaky clean for our guests’ enjoyment, we have a no shoes policy inside our home.
No smoking/vaping in the house and although we love them no pets please.
Etiquette in shared areas: Fully clothed (not half naked, in underwear, bath towels).
No 3rd party reservations. The person who makes the booking has to be present during check in. He/She cannot book the room for someone else or arrange someone else to pick up the keys or check in first.
To be considerate to the other people in the flat, we kindly ask to keep things on the quieter-side after 10pm.
If guests contravene general house rules, displaying unruly behaviour, they may be asked to leave at any time and will lose both the deposit as well as full accommodation costs.
- Check In Time is 3pm-6pm and Check Out Time is 11am.
UNATHORIZED LATE CHECK OUT FEE: Unauthorized late check-outs not only affect this property, but other properties, booking calendars, housekeeping schedules and futures guest reservations. In the event a guests stays beyond their original scheduled check-out time, they will be charged a penalty of £ 250 in addition to the total value of the next reservation cancelled due to this late check out. The total amount will be deducted from the deposit through Airbnb resolution center. We appreciate your understanding.
LATE CHECK IN AND EARLY CHECK IN FEES:
- Late check in (after 6pm) and early check in (before 3pm) fee is £70. LAte and early check in are subject to availability and it must be agreed before booking. Otherwise, standard check in times apply.
In the event of guest losing the keys, all locks on the doors must be replaced and the guest will be charged £ 150,
