Palms Postcard is a luxury 3-bedroom, 3-bath oceanfront condo on Isle of Palms with stunning Atlantic views. Enjoy a modern gourmet kitchen, spacious living areas, and a large balcony overlooking the pool and beach. Two king suites plus a bunk room provide comfortable sleeping for 8. Walk to shops, restaurants, and The Windjammer, or relax with private beach access, gated pool, and covered parking—perfect for families and groups.
The space
This beautifully appointed luxury condo unit has light wide plank wood flooring and a modern design aesthetic.
The living room is very spacious and has panoramic ocean views and direct access to the balcony via a sliding glass door. It is furnished with a large couch and accent chairs which offers plenty of seating space while enjoying the beautiful beach views.
The kitchen features a modern design with stainless steel appliances, quartz counter tops with waterfall edge and it is ready for the gourmet cook, fully equipped with everything you need should you choose to eat in.
The dining room comfortably seats 6 around the round table and provides additional seating for 4 at the kitchen bar. Both the kitchen and the dining room offer ocean views while enjoying your family meals around the kitchen.
The utility room adjacent to the kitchen features a full size washer and dryer.
There is heavy duty patio furniture on the large oceanfront balcony which can be used for lounging or for oceanfront dining. The balcony itself is very large and overlooks both the pool and the ocean. From the balcony, there are stairs down to a walkway that leads to the pool and the beach.
The master bedroom is furnished with a king size bed and ensuite bathroom.
The 2nd bedroom is furnished with a king size bed and ensuite bathroom.
The 3rd bedroom is furnished with a bunk bed with a full over a king bed and ensuite bathroom.
Guest access
The whole condo. 14 days prior to arrival guests are texted 1) a unique numerical code to access the property, 2) a gate code for the parking lot, 3) a gate code for pool and beach access. On site parking is included for up to 2 vehicles.
Other things to note
Beach Gear - Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights receive a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs, umbrellas, beach carts, kayaks, stand-up paddle-boards, and more – the choice is yours! Bonus for booking your vacation with IOP Escapes!
Linens / Toiletries - All bed linens, kitchen towels and bath towels are provided for your convenience. Also included is a "starter set" of toiletries such as toilet paper, bath & dish soaps, shampoo & conditioner, paper towels, etc. but please keep in mind you will most likely need to purchase these items after your initial arrival.
Parking - A maximum of 2 vehicles can be parked at this property.
Elevator - There is an ADA compliant elevator that services all floors.

3) Isle of Palms Noise Ordinance must be followed. Any violations of the noise ordinance are cause for immediate removal.
4) Please be courteous and respectful of the other neighboring residents and guests. Any behavior that results in a complaint by a neighbor, building resident, or HOA is considered violation of this rule.
5) If you have any issues during your stay, please notify us immediately. At check-out please leave the place as you found it upon your arrival. Any costs to repair or replace an item, fixture, or furnishing found damaged after your stay must be compensated by you. All damage and replacement costs include a labor charge.
6) Smoking, Vaping, and Parties of any kind are strictly forbidden.
7) Guests agree to follow the cancellation policy at the time of booking, and agree to any cancellation fee that may apply in the event of a cancellation. Guests agree there are no exceptions to the policy including illness, travel restrictions due to weather, and reasons related to Covid-19. Travel Insurance is offered to cover losses for cancellations during full penalty cancellation period.
10) Guests should inspect the property upon checking-in and notify Management of any issues, damage, missing amenities, or unsatisfactory conditions. Should there be an issue, guests will allow a reasonable amount of time during business hours for Management to address or provide a solution for any reported issues, or unsatisfactory conditions.
11)Pet fee required for all pet friendly rentals
* It is the guests' responsibility to ensure they have all their belongings before checking out. If guests would like an item shipped to them, there is a minimum of $25 shipping and handling fee plus the cost of shipping. We will hold items for 1 week if guests would like to coordinate a pickup of an item.

Isle of Palms has been a beach vacation destination since 1906. It is a small private island with no high rise hotels approximately 12 miles from Charleston. It can be described as having plenty to do without being touristy. There are quaint shops and restaurants and relaxing yet fun things to do on the island including water sports, fishing, and golf.
The Windjammer bar has bands and night life. Coda del Pesce, ACME LowCountry Kitchen, Islander 71, The Boathouse at Breach Inlet, Lawrence's Seafood, Coconut Joe's, Papi's, The Dinghy, Smugglers, and IOPizza are great restaurants nearby.
