Welcome to Yoondoordo Beach House, a breathtaking beachfront sanctuary in Peppermint Grove Beach with uninterrupted views of the ocean, sky, and coastline. Named after the osprey that often soars overhead, this architecturally designed 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom home is a rare fusion of elegance, comfort, and nature – perfect for families, friends, and design lovers alike.
Fresh from a high-end renovation led by Studio Atelier, this two-storey retreat offers open-plan luxury and thoughtful details throughout. On the ground level, three beautifully styled bedrooms, a chef’s kitchen, and relaxed living and dining areas flow seamlessly to the alfresco terrace—complete with a BBQ, smoker, outdoor shower, fireplace, and manicured lawns. From the living areas and outdoor spaces, you’ll enjoy uninterrupted views over the sand dunes and out to the ocean and horizon. Upstairs is a master suite you’ll never forget, with panoramic ocean views, a luxurious ensuite (featuring a luxurious bath with full privacy), and a huge balcony with original mural artwork by renowned WA artist James Giddy.

There is no smoking allowed inside or outside.
This property is strictly NOT pet friendly.
Seaside Homes does not accept bookings from Leavers or associated groups.
The property is fitted with external facing security cameras which are not monitored during guest stays.
