Beautiful ocean and lighthouse views, large grassy lawn, absolute beachfront, hot outdoor shower and only minutes from central Byron Bay with its world class restaurants, cafes, markets and boutique stores.

The space
This home is absolute beachfront with 180 degree views of the bay.
It has its own private beach access to the beautiful pristine Belongil Beach. Belongil Beach is perfect for swimming, surfing and is also dog friendly.

Beaumonts Beach House and Apartment is a two storey home with 6 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms. The master suite features sweeping ocean views from the king bed, walk in robe, ensuite and dedicated work space.

There is an upstairs king bedroom with ocean views, 2 beachfront queen bedrooms with ocean views and an additional queen room with garden views. There is also one twin bedroom (internal; no windows).  

The house has 4.5 bathrooms, two of which feature full length bath tubs with ocean views.

There is a spacious gourmet kitchen, with a large gas cooktop and oven. The dining and living rooms have wonderful ocean views - watch locals surfing out the front whilst having your morning cuppa! There is also a second kitchen upstairs.

Beaumonts Beach House opens out onto a relaxed outdoor living area; the perfect spot to read a book in the morning sun, practice yoga, BBQ, or have a sunset drink before dining at one of Byron Bay's iconic restaurants.

The house is dog friendly, however, the yard isn't fully fenced. All dogs must be registered prior to arrival.
