As a host it is necessary for me to answer this. The guest booked a bungalow that can not fit for 3 persons, this bungalow can only fit 2. As the guest booked already I had to relocate them to another bungalow, an upgrade with a more spacious one for 3 persons. As the guest was not happy with seaview, I relocated again after one night (involving other guest), thsi was a clear upgrade to the original booking. The guest thought she booked a bungalow in the sand on the beach, while the coverpicture and the text clearly show that we do not have bungalows in the sand on the beach. They are 20 meter from sand. The guest said she was confused about what bungalow she booked, this was obvious in the conversation we had also. As a host I can not refound money based on confused guests and guest wrote to Airbnb claiming her bungalow was dangerous for children and she need to get a refound asap. As a host I have a family myself and I do not think it is ok to claim money back on safety issues that are not even real.
