It’s everything you love about Alesea — the aesthetics, thoughtful details, and hotel-like amenities — made more compact, perfect for solo travelers, couples, or small families.
The space
Alesea Suites has three 1-bedroom units—this listing is for Unit 2 only (visit our profile for Units 1 & 3).

Alesea Suites shares the same main entrance as our Alesea Oeste Private Villa (booked separately) and is the first property upon entry. Alesea Suites does not have a pool. Access to Oeste’s gated grounds, including its pool, amenities, and beach access, is not included with Alesea Suites bookings and is only permitted if your group has also reserved the Oeste villa.
While our suites are not beachfront, we're just a quick 3-minute stroll away. Easily access the beach by exiting onto the highway and taking a nearby public footpath located just around the corner. You'll be soaking up the sun and sand in no time!
Guest access
While you may see other guests nearby, your suite remains exclusively yours.
During your stay
Our on-site caretaker assists with check-in and check-out for a smooth experience. If you need anything, we're just a message away to help make your stay as enjoyable as possible.
Other things to note
PETS
While we are not a fully pet-friendly property, we can allow up to 1 pet for a fee of PHP 5,000, subject to terms and conditions (message us for details). Please note this fee does not cover potential damages; additional charges may apply.
PARKING
Each unit comes with 1 allocated parking space only.
SMOKING
Smoking is not permitted.
VALUABLES & SECURITY
For your peace of mind, please lock all windows and doors when leaving the unit and keep your valuables secured. We will not be held liable for any lost or missing items. Note: security cameras are installed in common outdoor areas.
CHILDREN
Children are welcome but must always be supervised by an adult. Up to 2 children (11 years old and below) can stay free of charge provided no extra mattresses will be requested.
DAMAGES & BREAKAGES
Guests are responsible for any damage/breakages during their stay. Please inform us immediately should anything happen. All costs will be charged through Airbnb.
LIGHTS & APPLIANCES
Help us conserve energy by switching off lights, fans, air conditioning units, and appliances when not in use or when leaving the property.
LINENS & TOWELS
Kindly take extra care when using henna tattoos, fake tan, makeup, or hair dye, as permanent stains on our linens and towels may result in additional charges. Fresh towels can be requested for P100/towel.
VISITORS, NOISE & PARTIES
A maximum of 7 guests are allowed in each unit at any given time. Day visitors are welcome until 1:00 AM only. Staying beyond this time will be considered an overnight stay and will be charged at ₱1,800/head/night. To help keep the space relaxing for everyone, please observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM.
