Stylish and spacious self-contained ground floor studio flat overlooking swimming pool and landscaped tropical garden in Ocean Shores. North facing, off street parking and a very private aspect.
Close to New Brighton beach (2km) and Brunswick Heads. It is only 20km to Byron Bay.
Our property is a private and peaceful spot in beautiful surroundings, we are sorry but this listing is not suitable for children.

The space
Open plan large light bright very private studio apartment.
Comfortable queen-sized bed with 1300 thread count Egyptian cotton sheets.
Newly fitted out kitchen. Double sink, gas hob, microwave and fridge and dining area
Bathroom: huge powerful shower wc. and basin
Lounge area opens via glass sliding doors onto north facing patio and 12 metre salt water pool and outdoor solar shower.

Guest access
Secure parking on site with your own entrance to the apartment. When you arrive in Kiyung Court look for the driveway between houses 6 and 10, drive up to where the driveway forks and park anywhere down to the right in front of the cream garage roller doors. The entrance to the flat is through the garden gates.

Other things to note
The apartment is very close to local markets, many quiet and beautiful beaches and national parks. The garden is filled with fruit trees, Star Fruit, Custard Apple, Mango, Lemon, Chocolate Sapote. Soursop, Avocado, Neame, Mangosteen, Papaya to name some, and depending on what time of year you visit something will be in fruit which you are welcome to try.
Plenty of coffee shops and fine restaurants in nearby Brunswick Heads plus the great Brunswick Hotel which has live music every Sunday.

Very private sunny property on a large block well hidden from neighbouring houses. Ocean Shores is a lovely neighbourhood with a local shopping centre not too far away. Very safe area to walk and feel completely safe

During your stay

We are around to answer any question and provide local information but will totally respect your privacy. I walk the dogs every morning on the beach which is something I can highly recommend, voted some of the best beaches in the world are in this area. The local farmers market is on a Tuesday morning in New Brighton and well worth a visit. I also like to swim every day but I will make sure I don’t disturb any guest staying as I do my laps 😉
