Recently renovated, this home offers modern features inside and out including a covered outdoor entertainment area, 6 person heated spa, sauna, firepit, & a whole corner devoted to a kids play area including a sandpit and cubby.

The space
Arriving at Lakehouse #1 you'll immediately fall in love with the peace and quiet and stunning views from all sides of this home.

Once you set foot inside you will enjoy classic polished timber floors throughout and large louvred windows which enhance the spectacular views of the lake and surrounding landscapes. Boasting a modern kitchen, large indoor open plan living and dining space complete with a 60" TV, DVD player, Spacex Wifi so you can watch all your favourites in peace.
Incorporating all your comforts of home, you will find air-conditioning, ceiling fans, coffee maker and appliances including dishwasher, icemaker and cold water features in the fridge, a 5kg washer and 4kg dryer.

Step outside to the entertaining area where it features an undercover area, seating for 9+ people, BBQ, a 6-person heated spa to enjoy all year round, an outdoor barrel hot stone sauna for 4+ people, outdoor shower and a American style fire pit to sit back whilst toasting marshmallows and enjoying a starry night sky that isn’t visible from the city lights.

There's plenty of open space for the kids to safely explore with a fully fenced backyard including a dedicated cubby house and sandpit area, perfect for and kinds of nature play.
Don't want to holiday without your fur babies? then don't! the back yard being fully fenced is completely pet friendly. (Back Yard Pet friendly Only)
There is an original/V1 tesla charging plug on site, if you have a newer tesla you will need an adapter.

Lake Moogerah has peaceful blue waters and is an ideal destination for swimming, camping, boating, water sports and reconnecting with nature.
A popular location for boating enthusiast to go water skiing, jet skiing, canoeing and kayaking, but please note you will need a permit to fish which you can get from the caravan park where your access to the lake is found.
The local area offers beautiful parklands and national parks to explore, with Mt Edward close by for hiking enthusiasts.
Take a walk across the dam wall; at 219m long and 38m high it’s ideal for sighting turtles and other wildlife.

There is a local cafe and general store close for any supplies you may need.
Moogerah Lake Houses are situated in a very relaxed, carefree neighbourhood. However we do have neighbours in close proximity, so we ask that you to consider your noise levels on weekdays beyond 10pm. Friday nights and weekends by around midnight please adjust your noise levels to suit the peaceful environment you’re in.

Moogerah Lake Houses are in close proximity to bushland, the lake and national park, so wildlife of all kinds, big and small are very common.
