Hi Mujtaba, I have viewed your comments and quite disagree on what you said. There must be some misunderstandings to be clarified. We strongly believe that we have been trying to be very friendly and helpful to all our guests.
1. We do not think that it is tedious that we let you know how to use the facilities in our house like in our bath room and kitchen.
2. I do not think it is tedious that we waited till 2pm for you to pick up your food you left in our refrigerator in your rush to check out, and meanwhile we had to delayed our appointment due to your carelessness.
3. We do not think it would make sense to need any heater in your room while it is beautiful summer days at the end of May in Bay area, let alone you never asked for the heater during your two-day stay.
4.We believe it is appropriate to remind our guest of the check-out time because we need to clean up the room and bath room for next guest. In fact, you left in a rush and forgot your food in the refrigerator, that is why we sacrificed our accuracy for our appointment just in waiting for you to pick it up.
5. We encourage our guests to raise any of their questions or concerns during their stay so as to let us help them as much as we can. But we do not think it is appropriate or a gentlemen way to backstab after they leave.
