To comply with the condominium's rules and respect the residential community, we have the following strict policies:
1. Maximum 5 guests allowed per stay (including children)
2. No visitors allowed. No parties, gatherings, or events of any kind
3. Please keep noise to a minimum to avoid disturbing neighbours
⚠️ If these rules are violated and the condo security is alerted, a Penalty of RM500 will be issued to the owner, or worse, we may receive a serious warning or be forced to stop operating. This penalty will be fully charged to the guest responsible.

✅The is Homestay and you need to collect the Access Card by yourself (No Counter Available). We will send you the Self Check-In instruction one day before arrival. Access Card need to be placed back to our nominated place during the check-out time
