Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally located 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom home in Quiet Water. Enjoy walks on neighborhood trails along the Yachats River, and short strolls to the village and beach with waves crashing in the tide pools, or wildlife and sunrise and sunset from the solitude of our decks. Make the most of cool weather with the cozy warmth of the pellet stove while working from home overlooking the landscaped neighborhood with seasonal glimpses of the ocean from the second story.

The space
This is a two-story spacious home with the "main" house being 2-bedrooms (One up, one down) and 2-bathrooms (also one up, one down) with full kitchen, living and dining areas, an upper loft work and music area (piano), and laundry (washer and dryer in closet off upper hallway).

Enjoy a separate studio apartment with 1-bedroom and full bathroom, living /dining/ work area, kitchenette, (sink and countertop appliances - no stove top or oven). It has a private exterior and interior lockable entrance and is upstairs above the single car garage. It's perfect for someone wanting their own space.

Guest access
Guests have use of the entire house, garage, and yard with the exception of the owner's storage room accessed via the garage.
Guests have access to the Quiet Water common areas, trails, parks and kayak / canoe launch on the Yachats River. Our private community park includes a seasonal swimming pool and hot tub (not reliably open) in July and August, tennis court, small playground, and fire pit.
