About this listing

OHANA - our family friendly holiday apartment in the beautiful Perth suburb of Applecross. It is close to a gourmet supermarket, restaurants, pharmacy and newsagency. It is a quick walk to the Swan river and is a short drive to Perth CBD and Fremantle.

You’ll love my place for the neighbourhood, the large and well-equipped kitchen, comfy beds and open plan lounge, fast wifi internet, plus everything you need when holidaying with the kids.

You will have access to the entire apartment. Please feel free to make yourself at home and enjoy all of the facilities.

Other things to note

The apartment is on the top floor of a 3 storey building. Access is via a set of external stairs.

The driveway that leads to our parking bay is narrow and there isn't a lot of room to turn around, so it can be a little tricky. There is lots of free parking across the road too.

I can't say enough good things about Michelle and her flat. First off, great communication. Michelle is very quick to respond and before checking in she sent over a lovely check-in packet that had everything we needed. My fiancé and I needed to checkin a little early day of and Michelle was able to accommodate us. The flat itself is fantastic and exactly as advertised. It's modern and clean and there isn't anything that hasn't been thought offer your needs. Michelle has even provided beach towels and sunscreen for your days at the beach. If you need public transport well not to worry as there is literally a bus stop in front of the building. Need to swing by the market for a few things (in addition to the milk, juice, bread and fruit that were already in the flat) there's a market just around the corner. Next time I'm in Perth I would be more than happy to stay in Michelle's flat.

Michelle's place was great, it was very well furnished and complete with all the necessity. The apartment was clean and modern and looks just like the photos. It was also very convenient as there was many shops and restaurants right across the road. I will definitely recommend staying here when visiting Perth.

Michelle's apartment is spacious, clean, homely, and very well equipped. The location is fantastic being close to the river, shops and public transport. It was hard to leave at the end of our stay!

We booked a stay at Ohana as my father was in town for our wedding. The apartment was simply great - in fact it was better than great and it worked so well for us. The fit out is lovely, everything was as described and the place was spotlessly clean. Michelle's interaction with us was first class - we had a small issue with the power that was attended to promptly and Michelle was right onto it and went above and beyond for us. I would not hesitate to recommend Ohana - location is brilliant, next to some great shops and public transport and steps from the beaches of the Swan River. If you book here you won't be disappointed - it is great!!
