Our 4 bedroom 2.5 bath home with pool on full acre in quiet neighborhood is the perfect central location to enjoy all the area has to offer.

Please note this is OUR HOME. We live here full time when we aren’t renting. Please be respectful of our space.

No large groups, parties, or pets of any kind. This home is best suited for 2-3 couples or a family with children. 6 persons max.

The space
Downstairs Master Suite with 5 piece bathroom with soaker tub, double headed shower, and heated floor.
Upstairs guest bedrooms with shared bathroom, 2 queen bedrooms and one twin over full bunk bed room.
Full kitchen with appliances galore.
Laundry room with washer and dryer, iron, steamer, and drying racks.
Main level great room, tv, piano, and powder room.

Outside 20x50 large pool surrounded by patio and plants (open June 1). Play set, trampoline, and climbing dome for the kiddos. Expansive grassy yard to soccer, catch, or tag!

Walk to the bay beach in the neighborhood either on the road or through the country trail across the street from the house.

Listen to the birds chirp while drinking coffee in the morning on the patio for the ultimate relaxation in our family friendly oasis.

Other things to note
We are 10-20 minutes from so many major activities in the Hamptons; beaches, golf, hiking, fishing, sailing, restaurants, shopping, and more! If you need recommendations, let me know, I have lived here my entire life and have tons!

Our home is in a family friendly neighborhood with kids and families and older couples. Please refrain from loud noises after 10pm. Absolutely no parties.
