Beautiful studio of 40 m. , new. FULL CENTER, a few minutes walk (5-10) from the main areas of commercial, tourist and tapas interest (Palacio Congresos, Town Hall, Cathedral, Plaza Nueva, Puerta Real, Tribuna Semana Santa)

On the street: 1 supermarket (open almost every day), barbecue, pharmacy, cafes-bars, hairdressers.

The space
We hope you enjoy our studio. It has been fully renovated recently.
Everything is new and thought out so that you can be comfortable and have everything you need during your stay in our city ( especially when you come back tired of having been visiting Granada all day).

Guest access
You will have the keys to the community terrace located just above the studio. Where you can enjoy the views of the Alhambra (very nice, especially lit at night), as well as the Sierra Nevada (beautiful in winter covered in snow).
It is only asked to avoid making noise that can disturb our neighbors and leave the light off and the door closed when you leave it.

We are located in the middle of Granada, in a stately neighborhood, between two of the main shopping streets (S. Anton and Recogidas) but on a quiet street, free from the noise and hustle and bustle of other typically touristy ones.

On this street, as we already indicated in the listing, you can find many services that will make your stay easier for you (supermarkets that open even Sundays), barbecue with meals and cheap menus to take away. Pharmacy. Restaurants, tapas bars, hairdressers to put you handsome, etc...
