We atayed at Gina's house - nice house, clean, good location. a couple of things we were not very happy about : - we drove to Launceston and unfortunately were delayed, arrived at 17:50 instead of 17:00. Communication with Gina was ok until we told her we would be late - didn…

Thank you for the feedback. You did rent the whole house and no one else shares the house with you , not even me. You had use of the three bedrooms, two bathrooms and the kitchen, dinning area and lounge room. All private. If you had arrived at your chosen time 16:00 I could have shown you around. The laundry is located under the house through the garage. But you did not ask me about this. The house is fitted with two large air conditioners, which is adequate for cooling the house. The "poo " you speak of is from the native wallaby, which live in the unique Gorge reserve location it is impossible to clean up after each native animal every day when I am not there because I have rented the property to guests. I guess you did not appreciate your stay in our native environment in the city, with gorgeous views of the mountains and Launceston.
