This historic room is a lovely place to spend a summer evening. For at least the last 60 years the "sleeping porch" has been a summer respite for the visitors to Sunset Hill. Perched above the Inns carriage house its large open screen windows have commanding views of the grounds, grape trellis, gardens, and fruit trees below. This space is nice for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families, and furry friends.

This is a very cool, historic home with lots of personality. Although it is quite large it felt very homey to me and comfortable, also due to the hosts kindness and hospitality. Good place for a quick overnight and a great price find.

A charming New England home. Came for a wedding and it turned out to be the perfect place to stay. Jacob was thoughtful and informative. Will definitely keep it in mind for future trips to the area!

Very nice place, all went well. I would return. But make sure you read his listing and details completely, or upon arrival he will be mad at you for not doing so.

Jacob is a lovely host. He made me feel welcome from the time I pulled up in the driveway, even on a busy graduation day for his family. The house is historic and beautiful. Lots of charm and character. Comfortable room with an abundance of natural light!
