Ocean Blue B&B is an architect designed home joining the beach reserve at Stanwell Park. The house is built in a sub-tropical valley over 5 living decks. The spa suites are on deck 2 (The Beachcomber) and deck 5 (The Sandpiper) on the ground floor. Each suite consists of a generous sized bedroom, a lounge room and an en-suite spa bathroom. Deck 3 is the main living area which all guests can enjoy particularly the lounge room with its open fire, breakfast room and a choice of two decks.
The space
The Sandpiper Spa Suite is located on the ground floor of the house on deck 5. Avery generous sized suite with comfortable lounge, generous queen sized bedroom. Please note a 3rd person can be accommodated in a rollaway bed if required which is setbup
The Sandpiper has air conditioning, a ceiling fan in the bedroom, individually controlled electric blanket and a gas fire for your comfort in the lounge room. A TV and DVD player plus tea and coffee making facilities are also in the lounge. Off the lounge room is a deck for your exclusive use.
The spa bathroom feature a vertical garden to add to the feeling of luxury as you relax in your spa bath. An open plan rain-forest shower, vanity and toilet complete the spa bath room.
Guest access
The main living deck is deck 4 offering a relaxing and sub tropical view to the east across the park the beach. This deck consists of an external westerly facing deck; an all weather easterly facing deck; the breakfast room and the main lounge room with its log fire. Guests are welcome to use this area.
Externally there are westerly and easterly facing lawn areas for your use. The public park is immediately in front of Ocean Blue and the beach is just a few minutes level walk across the lawns or via Beach Road and Stanwell Park Surf Club.
Garage parking is available at the access to the house off Murrawal Road. Please note there is no vehicle access to the park area.
Other things to note
I have a Maine Coon cat for whom I work! She is happy to share the public areas and deck with you however she never goes into the guest suites!

Ocean Blue B&B is located adjacent to the beach reserve - Baird Park - which runs down to Stanwell Park Beach. Access to the house is via Murrawal Road Stanwell Park. Pedestrian access to the beach is possible by crossing Baird Park. Please note that no vehicles are allowed into Baird Park.
The main attractions in the area are The Sea Cliff Bridge - with its magnificent walk or cycle way especially from South to North; The Royal National Park which boasts some of the best walking trails in the area as well as surfing beaches. A drive through the park is also enjoyable. If idea of hand-gliding or paragliding excites you some of the best experiences can be had right here above Stanwell Park. Alternatives there are several surf schools in the area should you want to hone your board skills!! The renowned Symbio Wildlife Park is just few minutes’ drive. If cafe society and arts is your thing then the Northern Illawarra neighborhood will definitely be your place to be with many galleries, cafes and shops to enjoy.
