Pool Safety / Children: The property includes a private pool. There is no lifeguard. The home and outdoor areas are not childproofed. Children and infants must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times, especially near exterior doors and the pool area. The pool cover must remain fully closed and secured whenever the pool is not in active use. Door chimes, alarms, locks, pool equipment, and safety features may not be disabled, bypassed, or altered. Use of the pool is at guests’ own risk and subject to strict compliance with these rules.
