The space
New Opening in Seville - Casa 1862 Heritage Suites by Stay Unique is located in the historic center of Seville, in the charismatic and traditional neighborhood of San Lorenzo, in front of the significant Basilica of Jesus del Gran Poder.
It is 400 meters from the Alameda de Hercules, 600 meters from the Plaza del Duque, 750 meters from La Campana -the city center-, 1400 meters from the Plaza Nueva Town Hall, 1500 meters from the Cathedral of Seville and its famous Giralda, and 1700 meters from the Reales Alcazares. And a 30-minute walk from the Santa Justa train station.
Its six sophisticated apartments, aimed at an adult audience, combine tradition and modernity with the highest quality finishes. Precious nineteenth-century mosaics, tiles, cornices, woodwork and ironwork, the result of a careful restoration, embellish this house. The lighting of the spaces has been carefully treated to invite relaxation, rest and meditation. All the details of this house with its regionalist style façade are very well cared for so that the guests feel at the same time that they are living a part of the history of Seville.
