The space
The common space, designed by the architect of Gardens by the Bay, is an area of green sanctuary called the Oasis; a haven for the soul and a place of retreat for AFINITI's residents and guests. Feel the gentle wind that caresses your skin, under shades of lush trees.

Breathe in the sights and sounds of a truly serene living surrounding.

This is an apartment of 715sqf consisting of a private master bedroom, a children room-it is open concept room without door(cordon off area-just next to living hall-no door), a kitchen/pantry area, a living hall and a bathroom with bathtub. Open concept room does not have air con. It comes with a standing fan. Air con from living hall is strong enough to flow over to the children room and cool it.

The unit is air-conditioned in the bedroom and living room, fully equipped with daily essentials like:
- hair dryer
- iron
- TV
- washer and clothes rack
- body and hair shampoo, and towels
- complete kitchen utensils like microwave, stove, water boiler, spoons, forks, bowls, plates, chopsticks (child friendly with kid's spoon and fork and bowl).

Suitable for couple, family or a group up to 5 persons or business travellers.

It is just 3-minutes walk to Mall of Medini and Legoland.

In Mall of Medini you can find restaurants and supermarket.

Guest access
You will have full access to the whole area of the apartment during stay including the infinity Swimming pool at the 22nd floor which is on TOP of the building and also the Gym room.
Remember to bring the access card with you all the time to have access.

Other things to note
1. This is a privately owned apartment & thus there is no reception service like hotel. Please contact us at least 1 day prior to your arrival on your time of arrival and inform if you need the car park access.
2. Only 1 time house keeping will be provided before your check in.
3. Our check-in time is 3pm but if there's no booking on the previous day, early check-in is allowed.
4. Airbnb will help us to collect a security deposit of RM500. This is refundable during check out if there are no damage, lost of property or massive dirt in the house.
5. Please keep the apartment and its surrounding clean like the way you treat your home.
6. Maximum number of people allowed is 6 - including both adults and children.

This is a 24/7 secured apartment with 3-tier security system and security Guards and also CCTV along the balcony to our apartment. It is a homestay that you can stay with peace of mind and enjoy the greenery environment. What's more? It's just crossing the road to Legoland, this will drive your kids mad!
