• Smoking: Smoking inside the apartment is strictly prohibited.

• No business use: Using the apartment for business activities, personal services, filming, photography, or any commercial purpose is not permitted.
• House rule enforcement: Any breach of these house rules, including parties, events, or excessive noise, will result in the immediate termination of the stay without refund and a $1,000 AUD fine.
