An opportunity to get a way from it all and enjoy the Peaceful serenity of the country while being close to the Willamette Valley Vineyards.

A 5 minute drive to downtown Hillsboro and all the cute shooed and restaurants there.

This is a bottom floor lock off apartment of a large 3 story house. The owners live upstairs. The pool, hot tub and sauna are all common area shared amenities.

The space
This is the bottom level of a 3 story home- it’s a walk out, day light basement with its own kitchen and entry, locked off from the rest of the house. The owners live upstairs. The property has several shared amenities: pool, BBQ, dry sauna and hot tub. There are several sitting area around the property to enjoy the view.

Guest access
There is a private side entrance to the rental along the right side of the house. Parking is there on the right side of the drive, next to the vineyard.

Other things to note
We are out in wine / farm country so there are wild animals roaming and we also have a dog and a cat upstairs. If you have allergies to cats or dogs, this might not be the best property for you.
