I am truly sorry that your experience wasn't quite satisfactory. My apologies for the cleanliness, and would like to stress this doesn't reflect my usual service level. Had I known it, I would have organized an additional cleaning, on my expenses, of course. As for the electricity trips, I'll have it checked immediately. In Italy, there is a power limit, which, if exceeded (in case too many appliances are switched on at the same time), causes the power to go off.
Regarding the noise, as you well pointed out, I am afraid there's little to be done, but I am fully aware of the inconvenience it causes for the guests and will try to find a solution to reduce the impact and make the apartment more comfortable for future stays.
