We loved staying at the cottage which ia restored preserving the old charm. Shops for groceries, fuel, restaurants etc close-by. Had a wood fire with plenty of logs to feed it. Lovely outdoors with plenty of space.

Lovely restored cottage in a peaceful location. Plenty of outdoor space for children to play. Can get very hot in summer heat as there is no air conditioning but there are lots of heating options for cooler weather. Great for a quiet weekend away. Short drive to nice wineries and Avoca main street with pub and cafes.

We loved our stay here and our daughter loved the surrounding of the place e.g. wild flowers , farm animals and safe space. It is exactly what we are looking for, a quiet weekend and to appreciate a rural town.
