I have tried to create a unique setting, from using quality english tapware to custom made steel and timber finishes. The fixings and furniture have been sourced mostly from Italy and France.
Located just behind ´Murchison Square'. Very quiet street but close to everything.

The space
Located in Barkly street Carlton, a charming quiet pedestrian street with very low car traffic.
Extremely calming, the street is a no through road so there is no car traffic. The entire appartment has double glazed windows.
LIVING
Enjoy an open place living space bathed in sun light from morning to evening. Furnished with French and Italian designer furniture and fixings. B&B Italia couch, 1950s Fontana Art mirrors and other classic 1950s Italian design.
BALCONY
Look over the quiet streets of Carlton whilst soaking in the morning sun to having a drink at sunset. East to west facing.
BEDROOM
High quality mattress and linen sheets. Natural light, double glazed window, venetian blinds to control the amount of light throughout the day.
BATHROOM
Highest quality english tapware. Timeless bathroom. Step in shower. Aesop & Marseille soap.
KITCHEN
Fully equipped kitchen. Oven, induction stovetop and dishwasher. French cutlery and plates.
BREAKFAST
Artisan fresh bread supplied. French butter and jam supplied.
LAUNDRY
Washing machine in the apartment

Events, wedding preparations and unapproved photoshoots are not allowed.
By booking through Airbnb you adhere to and respect our policies by only having those registered on the premises.
Failure to follow our house rules and requests will result in guests will be asked to leave, with no refund.
Bookings exceeding the length of 14 days will attract one compulsory general cleaner the guests cost, this will be organised by the host. This simply ensures a level of cleanliness and maintenance in the long run.

Please respect the space. This space has been designed with expensive, quality and fragile elements. If you damage anything you will need to reimburse for the repairs or entire replacement.
